It’s time for me to start spilling the beans because it’s getting closer to the Innovate ND finals!!! I’m just so excited and I just can’t take it anymore and keep holding it in.
The whole process of Innovate ND is exciting, but the Innovate ND finals is the most exciting for me because we get to plan for the moment where we announce our five Idea Champions and award them $10,000 to launch their venture right here in ND!
This year is more exciting than ever because we’re mixing things up this year. A LOT! No more luncheon awards program and keynote speaker. Nope! The North Dakota Dept. of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce of Fargo Moorhead is presenting a ‘red carpet’ event to spotlight the 20 finalists as they showcase their business ideas and ventures on May 18 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the NEW Hilton Garden Inn in Fargo.
The awards cermony will start at 5:45 p.m. where will we announce the 2010 Idea Champions, the People’s Choice Award winner along with the new In the Zone Award for retail space in downtown Fargo.
Myself and the rest of the Innovate ND team and Commerce staff are very excited and can’t wait to bring you more details each week.
I feel so much better now that I could spill some of the beans.
